A couple of things of note.
1. There’s a shadow where the heart artwork usually hangs meaning Clair brings it from layer to layer, wouldn’t be surprised if Chloe was the one who made the artwork.
2. Clair’s room is missing a door and seemingly leads to the outside, this COULD mean that the room itself travels from layer to layer. That room might be the black void they started out in in page 1.
