Oh my god, hang on. We’ve seen that in the previous layers, things have had chunks taken out of them. This version of the lighthouse is totally mangled. The rocks, the trees, the apple with a ‘bite’ out of it. The apples on the lower-layer-tree were entirely *gone* this most recent time, and it’s worth noting that Peachykeen was introduced in that gap. I think it’s possible that Clair takes pieces of previous iterations of Halo Head in order to make the things in each new layer — so is it possible that Ares is missing pieces bc she was taken from in order to make Mars? Is it possible that she’s been taken from more than once to supplement the layers in between hers and the current layer?
